In the Name of Allah (SWT) The Most Merciful, & The Compassionate ❤️
A Brief Biography
Born in the heart of Islamic Spain, Imam al-Qurtubi emerged as one of the most revered scholars of his time. Raised in Qurtuba (Cordoba), he developed an early passion for the Arabic language and the Qur’an, immersing himself in rigorous study under his father’s guidance until his passing in 627 AH. His relentless pursuit of knowledge eventually led him to Egypt around 633 AH, where he deepened his scholarship and gained renown for his devotion to worship and writing.
