In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
When anger flares and tempers rise,
It clouds our judgment and blinds our eyes,
It fills our hearts with rage and hate,
And sets us on a path we may regret too late.
But in Islam, we are called to be strong,
To control our anger and right every wrong,
To seek Allah’s help and guidance above,
And show compassion, mercy, and love.
For anger is not a sign of power,
Nor a way to make our voices louder,
It is a weakness that tears us apart,
And leads to destruction, pain, and hurt.
So let us take a moment to pause,
And remember Allah’s holy laws,
Let us breathe deep and count to ten,
And ask Him to guide us to be calm again.
Let us soften our hearts and minds,
And leave our anger far behind,
For in controlling our emotions, we find,
A strength and resilience that is truly divine.
And may Allah grant us the wisdom and grace,
To control our anger in every time and place,
And lead us to a life of peace and serenity,
In this world and the Hereafter, for all eternity.
