Dua 1
Allahumma anta rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana ala ahdika wa wa’dika mastata’tu.
I seek refuge with You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So, forgive me, for indeed, no one forgives sins but You.
The Prophet ﷺ added,“If somebody recites this [du’a] during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.” [Sahih al-Bukhari #6306]
Dua 2
“O Allah, I hope for Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for a blink of an eye. Correct all of my affairs for me. There is none worthy of worship except You.”
Dua 3
Lā ilāha illā Anta subḥānaka innī kuntu mina-ẓ-ẓālimīn.
There is no god worthy of worship except You. You are free from imperfection. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers. (21:87)
Dua 4
Rabbi innī ẓalamtu nafsī fa-ghfirlī.Rabbi innī ẓalamtu nafsī fa-ghfirlī.
My Lord, I have certainly wronged myself, so forgive me. (28:16)
Dua 5
Rabbanagh firlanaa wa li ikhwaa ninallatheena sabaqoonaa bil eemani wa la taj’al fee quloobinaa ghillall lillatheena aamanoo rabbanaa innaka raoofur raheem.
Our Lord! Forgive us, and our brethren who came before us into the Faith, and leave not, in our hearts, rancour (or sense of injury) against those who have believed. Our Lord! Thou art indeed Full of Kindness, Most Merciful (Quran 59:10).
