Poem: The Friends of Allah

Spread the Light

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

In this vast world, like pearls so rare,
The friends of Allah, scattered with care.
Like a necklace broken, its gems set free,
Seeking closeness to Allah, their hearts decree.

Each friend a pearl, unique and sublime,
Reflecting Allah’s light through space and time.
With hearts pure and minds aflame,
They strive to honor His blessed name.

To be close to Allah, their ultimate quest,
In His divine presence, they find rest.
No shirk they commit, no idols to claim,
For they know Allah’s oneness, a sacred flame.

Imagine a desert, adorned with sands,
Each grain distinct, in myriad strands.
Yet together they form a seamless whole,
Like the friends of Allah, united in soul.

Picture a garden, blossoming and serene,
Each flower distinct, a vibrant scene.
Yet their fragrance mingles, harmonizing as one,
The friends of Allah, their journey begun.

They strive in devotion, with love ablaze,
Guided by His light, through life’s maze.
No idols before Him, no partners they seek,
Their hearts steadfast, not tempted to veer or peek.

Like stars in the sky, gleaming above,
The friends of Allah, symbols of His love.
Shining bright with righteous deeds,
Their devotion to Him, like planted seeds.

With humility, they walk upon this earth,
Understanding their worth, from their own birth.
In unity, they find strength and faith,
Their souls striving, for Jannah’s gate.

So let us aspire to be among them,
To seek Allah’s pleasure, our ultimate gem.
Embrace His oneness, avoid shirk’s snare,
And join the friends of Allah, a bond so rare.

For scattered pearls, once part of a whole,
Can be reunited, in pursuit of the same goal.
With friendship from Him, we reach new heights,
In His divine presence, our hearts take flight.
